2017 Oley Exhibit/Sponsorships
What Is the Oley Conference, and Why Should I Be There?
Designed to help patients on home tube and IV feeding (homePEN consumers) learn more about their therapy, Oley Conferences offer consumers, clinicians, and you an opportunity to learn and network. About 350–500 people attend each year. Formal, interactive sessions are complemented by small group discussions on topics ranging from coping skills to advances in disease treatments. You are encouraged to join us for educational sessions and social events.
It’s the ONLY conference where you can promote your products/services directly to experienced patients (end users) and get their feedback.
When and Where Is It?

Old Greenwich, CT
What Times Should I Set Aside?

Outbound: You should make arrangements with your carrier directly and then notify Joyce Giannini, Event Planning Manager, of your plans (203.409.4360, firstname.lastname@example.org). UPS and FedEx packages will need a completed shipping label, then banquet staff can bring the boxes to the loading dock. If you have a private carrier, let Joyce know who will be picking up the materials and when. Joyce can advise on any fees.
